Thank the Almighty for His mercy, I can finish the continuous assessment for the code
subject Effective Communication in English (GEEC1052). During the course of completing this
assignment, I gained numerous great experiences and insights on my life as a student.

In view of the preceding, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Miss Sharon
Vijaya A/P Balakrishnan, the lecturer for this topic, for her confidence in me to carry out the
work-related activities for this course. Furthermore, she is the one who never stopped giving
me advise while I was doing the tasks for the current continuous assessment.

As time passed, the words of wisdom and consolation that both of my parents provided
while carrying out these activities helped me to feel more determined. Aside from that, the
comrades who aid in the fulfilment of the current ongoing assessment. At the same time, they
contributed their ideas and cooperation in finishing this assignment. Those details are critical
for me to increase my English proficiency, and I can put them to use in the classroom for
teaching and learning.

Finally, I'd like to thank all of the organisations that are indirectly involved in completing

What kind of teacher I would like to be?

In terms of ambitions, I aspire to be a great educator who can produce a large number
of people who will benefit the country. As a result, I've set a goal to follow in both of my parents'
footsteps and become a teacher. What exactly is the job of a teacher? Teachers are a great
blessing to us because they contribute to the growth of a society and a better world. Because
this is what a teacher is genuinely responsible for, I can say that teachers are like the pillars
of society, educating individuals and moulding them into higher-quality human beings.
Teachers are viewed by students as their second and third grandparents. This is because
students will spend the majority of their time in school learning to become knowledgeable
individuals with goals. They advance themselves by providing the best guidance to students.
Being a teacher is not easy, and being a good teacher is even more difficult. As a result, I
intend to make every effort to be an excellent teacher of my version. Without a purpose and
direction from the teacher, students are unlikely to succeed in a difficult goal. So, the question
is, what kind of teacher do I want to be?

First and foremost, I aspire to be a physically attractive teacher. This is because being
well-dressed implies that I will set a good example for all of my students. People understand,
in general, that at first glance, everyone will sympathise with us and begin to question our
identity. As a result, the old adage "don't judge a book by its cover" holds true in this case. On
the contrary, if I want everyone to think well of me, I need to work on my character traits, which
begin with wearing nice clothes, using perfume, holding things properly, and moving properly.
You can provide constructive feedback to students if you have a confident and dedicated
attitude. You will be remembered by the student as a reliable teacher who can provide them
with useful information. To be an effective teacher, I must maintain a positive attitude and
have a high sense of self-esteem. Personal characteristics must thus be assessed and
incorporated into the teaching and learning processes. For example, good body language
remains an important factor in the classroom and influences the learning process. It can assist
in keeping students engaged and excited during class. To ensure that I can be this type of
teacher with a good appearance, I must be confident and not afraid to try new things and
styles.

Following that, I hope to become a knowledgeable and versatile teacher of a wide
range of subjects. This is due to the fact that knowledge is a way of life that encourages
everyone to be satisfied and progress in their daily lives. As a result, I want to be a teacher
who can pass on knowledge to other students and use it to benefit them until the day they die.
Being a wise and compassionate educator will also help me to improve my vital affinity with
students because I am confident in what I am saying because it is true. A well-informed
educator will actively promote the concept of secular lifelong learning. Another type of
knowledgeable teacher I aspire to be is one who has a positive attitude and is eager to meet
the needs of their students. I will also work hard to increase my knowledge and vigour.
Reading, thinking, writing, and sharing ideas are all responsibilities of a teacher in the pursuit
of knowledge. As a result, in order to be this type of teacher, I must have the drive to advance
the knowledge that they already have in order to receive this circle quality. This is so that I can
better teach my students.

Aside from that, I aspire to be a high-quality teacher with a range of teaching methods.
The aforementioned version is recognised as something steady, cheerful, and relevant. If I
use a range of teaching approaches during the learning and teaching processes, the learning
and teaching processes will be dynamic, strengthening communication between the teacher
and the pupil, making learning materials more accessible, and providing feedback to the pupil.
There are various instructional methods, including various styles of voice and body movement.
A skilled teacher must use this variant to explain a specific circumstance while emphasising
key aspects. This is because a teacher must observe the early stages of the educational
process in order for the student to understand that the teacher must be prepared to speak in
a formal or informal manner, depending on whether the student is in a class or another
institution when they are being taught. In communication, word variations such as head or
body movement are critical. Body movement, on the other hand, helps to make the teaching
process more exciting and draws attention to the students. Aside from that, changing positions
in classrooms is quite significant because it can help pupils focus and impact the teacher's
personality.

As a result, being an informed teacher with high-quality materials is not always an easy
procedure. As a result, I must work diligently and forcefully to ensure that my desire of being
a certified and capable teacher can be realised in the future. A teacher not only has the
responsibility to teach, but they also have the responsibility to transform a child into an adult
who is wise and supports their family, community, and nation. In this case, I must put in a lot
of effort to learn from specialists in numerous subjects so that I can become a skilled instructor
in a variety of fields. "When compared to other spectacular professions, such as doctor,
engineer, or other great profession, obviously a teacher is not too spectacular to be compared
to those professions, however the presence of a teacher causes the birth of those great people
in this world," my parents, who are also teachers, always say. Thus, the existence of excellent
people will not exist in the absence of a teacher. So, my main aim is to become a versatile,
knowledgeable, high-quality, and disciplined teacher.
