Deducing meaning from word structure

หากเราไม่ทราบความหมายของคําศั พท์ เราสามารถอนุมานความหมาย

ของคําศั พท์ได้จากรากศั พท์ (roots)ของคํานั นๆ อีกส่ วนสํ าคัญคือ ส่ วน ่ ยให้เราทราบถึงหน้ าที เสริมหน้ า (prefix) และส่ วนเสริมท้าย (suffix) จะชว ่ ยให้เราสามารถเดาความหมายของคํา ของคํา (part of speech) รวมทังชว ั เจนมากขึน ศั พท์ได้อย่างชด
