Overview/Benefits

• Phi Beta Sigma (PBS) should reclaim, take ownership and take advantage of the phrase ‘I Am My Sister’s Keeper’ (IAMSK) since PBS and Zeta Phi Beta (ZPB) are the
only organizations of the divine nine that are constitutionally bound as brothers and sisters.

• This slogan can also be used nation-wide, especially if we can get President and/or Michelle Obama on board to help kick-off this initiative. This is especially
impactful since young females also face challenges from cradle-to-grave-to-college-to-career.

• The more people (Greek/non-Greek) that are on board with this initiative, the more items can be sold with/without the PBS/ZPB logos, which would clearly
catapult sales even more.

• From a publicity angle, the Sigma Exchange can have many IAMSK items made for and endorsed by prominent people in our society, including politicians,
celebrities, athletes. This new untapped global market will more than likely allow PBS to pay for many endeavors to come (Conclaves, Summits, Scholarships,
Philanthropic and Community Service initiatives, etc.).
• As we near 2020, the whole nation will have their eyes on the two organizations, PBS and ZPB, that endeared and adopted this initiative 100 years ago.
• This campaign would also make it easier to get prominent people to speak at both the ZPB Centennial and the Sigma Summit in 2020, not to mention IAMSK will help PBS
and ZPB recruit more members (Honorary or not).

• IAMSK can also be used to launch a number of other products pertaining to certain events, causes, initiatives
• I AM MY ____________ KEEPER, where we can fill in the blank when people order on-line or see our product in clothing and department stores. The blank can be filled
with words such as MOTHER’S, FATHER’S, BABY’S, SON’S, DAUGHTER’S, GRAND MOTHER’S, GRAND FATTHER’S, DOG’S, CAT’S, PET’S, COMMUNITY’S, NEIGHBORHOOD’S,
YOUTH’S, ELDER’S, SCHOOL’S, etc.
