was taken from the name Charlotte, the heroine of
novel by German poet, Goethe, called “The Sorrows of Young Werthers” that based on the image of Charlotte, eternal sweetheart of young
people around the world.

Currently, THAI LOTTE Company Limited has registered capital total amount of 1.8 billion Baht. (1,807 million baht from information on June 1, 2022)
THAI LOTTE Information At the beginning of establishment of THAI LOTTE, we had the joint venture with SAHAPAT Co., LTD that we only made the product and delegate to SAHAPAT as a distributor. Currently, LOTTE (Japan) has increased the capital by holding shares 98% in the present. They have full management which THAI LOTTE can produce and sell effectively. In additional, we still use the distributor for selling like in Modern Trade Market.

We build the production plant for produce Koala’s March products at Amata Industrial Estate, Chonburi
2009
We got GMP certified and HALAL Certified (Amata Factory) and increased the capital about 150 million Baht for support business expansion
2011
We had 36 Bases in nationwide and got ISO 9001:2008 certification of Amata Factory
